CANDIE RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your Candie piece as much as we loved creating it.
Since our drops are limited-edition, here’s how our return process works:
1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging (box + pouch).

Customers must email us first at Hello@socandie.com with their order number and reason for return.
2. What We Don’t Accept

Final Sale Items: Pieces bought on sale or during special promotions cannot be returned.

Worn or Damaged Pieces: Jewelry showing signs of wear, scratches, or missing packaging.

International Orders: At launch, we won’t accept international returns due to customs and high shipping costs.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reason
3. Refund or Credit

Once your return is approved and received, you can choose:

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If it was our mistake, we’ll cover shipping and make it right immediately.
