We hope you love your Candie piece as much as we loved creating it.
Since our drops are limited-edition, here’s how our return process works:

 

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging (box + pouch).

  • Customers must email us first at Hello@socandie.com with their order number and reason for return.

 

2. What We Don’t Accept

  • Final Sale Items: Pieces bought on sale or during special promotions cannot be returned.

  • Worn or Damaged Pieces: Jewelry showing signs of wear, scratches, or missing packaging.

  • International Orders: At launch, we won’t accept international returns due to customs and high shipping costs.

  • Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reason

 

3. Refund or Credit

  • Once your return is approved and received, you can choose:

    • Refund to original payment method Once your return is approved and received you will receive your refund to the original payment method (processing time: 7-10 business days)

 

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • If it was our mistake, we’ll cover shipping and make it right immediately.
